Improvements are taking place at our front door and beyond.
While driving through DFW Airport please look for signage to direct you to your gates. Some roadways will experience switches as we redefine Terminal A and add the new DART Station.
State Highways 114 and 121, located to the north of DFW Airport, are in the process of undergoing $1 billion in improvements that will increase mobility, improve air quality and expand roadway capacity. The eight-mile project, known as the DFW Connector, wraps up in 2014 and will eventually allow you to easily access the Airport’s north entrance – no matter where you are coming from – without exiting the highway.
We suggest travelers entering the Airport from the north allow time for potential delays. For the latest information on closures and traffic switches, visit www.dfwairport.com/leaveearly or the official DFW Connector lane closure page.
Additionally, please be sure to visit the website for information on the new entrance to the DFW Airport Remote north parking lot.
IMPORTANT DAILY UPDATES - WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2013:
There will be no lane closures until Monday, Dec. 2 at 8 PM in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
We hope you and your loved ones have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! Travel safely!
