Why do I need an applicant account? This account is a tool for DFW's Human Resources department to keep track of all applicants.
How do I get an applicant account?

Click on the Create an Account link on the Employment home page. Enter your name, e-mail address and phone number. Once you have entered all of your information, click on the Create My Account button. You will be sent an e-mail with your temporary password. Use this password with your User ID or your e-mail address to sign into the DFW applicant system.

What is my User ID?

If you are a DFW Airport employee, your User ID is your Employee ID.

If you are not a DFW Airport employee, a number is generated for you.
Which should I use to log in, e-mail or User ID?

Either one will work.

How do I change my password? Once you have signed in, click on View Profile, located under your name on the right side of the page. Under the Change your Password? section, enter your current password, then enter and re-enter your new password. Click Change Password and your password will be changed. You will be taken to the logon screen and you will be able to use your new password to logon. You will also recieve and email verifying the change.
What if I can't remember my password? From the sign on page, under the Forgot your Password? section, enter your User ID or your e-mail and click on Get NEW Password. You will be sent an e-mail with a temporary password. Use this password with your User ID or your e-mail address to sign into the DFW applicant system.
How do I change my profile?

After you have signed on to an existing account, click on View Profile and add or change your nickname or phone numbers.

What does “Remember my ID on this computer” mean?

This checkbox will save a “cookie” on your computer so that the site will recognize your computer the next time you come to the DFW Airport applicant page.
