Leveraging digital initiatives will be a cornerstone of these efforts. Whether providing customized recommendations for concessions or sending predictive wait times straight to a customer’s device, DFW will communicate with customers in a way that works for them. Designing a human-centered environment for future facilities will play a key role in creating an exceptional travel experience.
