DFW International Airport Board (”DFW Airport” or “We”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you interact with various platforms provided by DFW Airport (“Platforms”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. In addition, this is to advise you that, irrespective of any use to which DFW Airport may put such information, some of it may be subject to disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, if it is requested.

- MyDFW Account

Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Platforms that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:
