Construction Notice: DFW Airport Schedules Phased Closures of Terminal A and B Exits, Northbound Lane Reduction on International Parkway

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has scheduled temporary road closures and lane reductions at various locations, dates and times to support key construction activity. The activity will primarily impact northbound traffic on International Parkway, as well as customers exiting Terminals A and B. Detours will be in place to support traffic movement.

Customers traveling out of DFW during the planned closures can directly influence their travel experience by arriving at the airport early and utilizing traffic apps to check live drivetime conditions to determine if additional transit time is needed.

Closures to Support Key Construction Activity

The construction activity taking place during the various roadway impacts will support the placement of structural beams for the future bridge access into Terminal A as part of the ongoing work to transform access to Terminals A, B and C to right-hand exits. This grouping of closures has been strategically phased with project partners and airport stakeholders to ensure activity is scheduled during timeframes with the least impact to customers.
