DFW Airport, Texas – Customers waiting on the Terminal Link shuttle at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) can now enjoy a new tracking feature that displays the shuttle’s estimated arrival time. In addition, this new service displays the next stops served and the terminals they will serve down the line, taking the guesswork out of waiting for the Terminal Link. Terminal Link is the bus outside security connecting customers to all five DFW Airport terminals.
The Terminal Link shuttle tracker can be accessed in two ways:
- The easiest way is to scan the QR code at each Terminal Link shuttle stop. The code will take the customer directly to the tracking page for that stop.
- Alternatively, from a mobile device, visit dfwairport.com. From the homepage, scroll to the section titled, “Helpful Services for Your Trip.” Swipe left and click the “DFW Airport Shuttle Tracker” tile. From there, follow on-screen instructions.
Shuttle information will be listed in the order of its estimated arrival time. The page lists the terminals served by the shuttle. The estimated wait time is configured based on the GPS location of each shuttle. Customers needing a Terminal Link shuttle after hours will be shown the on-demand phone number to request a shuttle for their stop.
While initially serving the Terminal Link shuttle, planned expansion of this service includes the Parking and Rental Car Center shuttles. The tracking service will be added to the DFW Airport Mobile App in the coming weeks.
