Brenda is always willing to assist guests in resolving issues and assisting CX when they are seeking information to track down lost passengers and/or lost items. Brenda's friendly and helpful attitude reflects credit upon the entire AA leadership team, and it is worth noting that her team of gate agents as well as Leads have a lot of respect for and speak highly of her. I appreciate having her on our team in Terminal A.
