When asked what time her boarding started, she advised 5:00 pm. When Rubina met her, it was already 4:05 pm. Rubina explained the procedure to get to gate C31, and the guest asked if it was possible to be escorted to the location. Rubina met the guest in the secured area to take her to the Skylink and then to Terminal C, gate C31. The guest thanked Rubina for going above and beyond to help her make her connecting flight on time.
