On Wednesday, in Terminal D we had a lot of cancelled and delayed flights which caused an influx of guests needing taxis. We had approximately 50 people that were needing a taxi that were paying, lining themselves up to the right of the taxi booth. Then we had approximately 40 people that were needing a taxi that accepted a voucher lined up to the left of the taxi booth. Arlene who was hired on February 27, 2023, and was still in training at the time of her service on 03/15/2023, managed both groups of guests like she had been doing it for years. She kept the guests informed on what was going on, explained why it was taking so long to get a taxi and she never let the pressure get to her.
