Doris Ortiz of APPRO Custodial was observed helping guests at the B40 information screen area. Doris communicated in their language and helped direct them to the Skylink. It is also nice to see Doris during her gate area cleaning assignment pause to help our travelers as this is core value of DFW Airport.
