Mohammed is quite attentive and helpful, even while managing other tasks like coordinating the movement of luggage, especially as it is currently going through an extensive construction project. On a Saturday, between 8 – 9am, there were very long lines at the temporary ticket counters due to arriving passengers being unfamiliar with the new layout. Unexpectedly, the TSA PreCheck line was relocated, causing additional wayfinding issues. Several international flights had just arrived, and passengers were being rescreened at the D22 checkpoint. The 3 lines became comingled for a short while, but Mohammad was very polite and helpful to all who asked him for directions. He shares "it is my job!" He sees his role as anything related to DFW. Mohammed Haidary is a definite asset to our team. During the winter weather experienced in January, Mohammad contacted his team every morning to make sure they were up and ready to get to work as well as picked any of team members up so they would not be absent. Because of Mohammad and his team, everything was successful!
