Shariful came across an elderly passenger who accidentally exited out of the C15 revolving exit door. He heard the gentleman asking the door guard to allow him back through the exit door, but the guard did not speak English well. After hearing the exchange, Shariful approached the gentleman and explained to him that he would help get him through security back to airside. He assisted with getting the gentleman a new boarding pass as he did not have it on him. He then contacted the traveler's wife, who was on airside, to inform her that her husband was being taken care of. Shariful took the customer through the checkpoint, only for the customer to realize he left his laptop on landside. He escorted the customer to his wife, then rushed back to the AA ticket counter area where he found the laptop. Shariful returned the laptop back to the passengers and escorted them to their gate so they would not miss their flight.
