Letter from a Customer: "I am writing to express my gratitude to you for your service and assistance whilst we found ourselves stranded at the DFW airport on May 4th. Following our British Airways flight from London being cancelled, we were diverted through Dallas where we anticipated an overnight layover. We landed at DFW mid Saturday afternoon with our baby and were unable to locate the British Airways (BA) ground staff to advise us on how to arrange our hotel and hotel transfer. The airport staff were unable to assist us with our hotel layover, but you were very kind and informative, advising us that the airline staff would return to the desk to assist with boarding of the BA flight at the departures gate. You gave us water and liaised with the BA ground staff manager, quickly alleviating mine and my husband's distress with a young baby and no one to help us. Once our transfer was arranged with the BA ground team you called ahead to our hotel to gain information on our hotel transfer and showed us where to wait for the transfer. The next day, you again, helped us at the check in desk to arrange our onward flight to San Francisco. You were a fantastic representative for the DFW Airport and take much pride in your work. I wanted to personally thank you for the kindness you showed to our young family. You went above and beyond your duties to help us. Thank you.”
