A customer lost his cell phone while going back and forth between gates and terminals on a Wednesday afternoon and was devastated. He stopped in Newslink C7 to see if they had a burner phone. Employee Graceson Callier immediately realized the customer was in trouble. Graceson asked how he could help and the customer asked if he could call his daughter in San Francisco so she would not worry. He graciously said, "Of course." While the customer was on his phone, Graceson continued to check out and help other customers with a smile on his face and with kind words to everyone. The customer’s daughter was able to track the phone, which was found in a different terminal, so she called Graceson. During his break, he found the customer at this gate, gave the good news, and let the customer call his daughter again. The customer announced at the gate, “This young man has been absolutely amazing today. He has helped me locate my phone and has taken his personal break to come find me at this gate! He has been amazing!" Graceson went above and beyond – indeed, a rare gift these days.
