Lee has received praise directly from a customer for going above and beyond. The customer advised that while traveling they had left their phone in the restroom. They asked several people for help but were only advised to pick up a white courtesy phone and dial a number. After attempting to reach someone twice and getting confused with the automated system they finally found someone in the terminal to help. The customer was informed that Lee was due all credit for not only finding the phone but providing it to the Terminal Experience team quickly so the phone could be reunited with the passenger.
