Antonio is a shift supervisor with our DFS custodial group. Antonio often goes above and beyond for the customer. I recently witnessed him escorting a customer to our boarding pass scanners to confirm the gate number while also looking at the FIDS and online information to ensure nothing notable had changed.
In another instance, I saw Antonio helping a Concessionaire clean a juice spill in the terminal at 3:00 am. Antonio and several other DFS members assisted the lone concession worker and carefully cleaned the area of glass debris and pressed juice. He is an exceptional help in our terminal to keep it clean, working, and friendly.
