Emely Romero is a Shift Leader who always shows up to work, ready to take on any task. She's someone who you can count on when you’re leading your team. A moment Emely went above and beyond was at closing time when Emely was about to close the gate. She noticed an American Airlines employee running from the gate, asking if he could please place an order. The AA employee had forgotten his lunch at home and would not have anything to eat later. Emely was kind enough to reopen the gate to take the customer’s order. The customer was extremely grateful that he was able to get something to eat and Emely was happy to provide it!
