Mrs. Reyes is a great pick for going above and beyond, by striving daily to help others. A lost passenger in Terminal E had very little time to make it to Terminal C. Suleima thoroughly gave directions, but the passenger was older and had trouble taking in the information. With quick thinking, Suleima told the passenger to follow her, and she personally walked the passenger to Terminal C to ensure that she made her flight. The passengers were so thankful!
