Carlos has been in APPRO for some time now, and his work performance has never slowed down. He is very flexible and will see where in the schedule we will need him the most and make adjustments by asking questions and letting managers know how he feels about the schedule. He is always looking for a better shift and is always following directions in terms of gondola practices.
