Katie Snyder is a great asset to the Terminal E team. Even with her busy schedule, she is always helping passengers. Katie went the extra mile by taking the time to help a non-English speaking customer, who was rebook his flight since he had just missed his original flight. While rebooking, he realized he was $15 dollars short. Katie paid the $15 forward and helped the man successfully rebook. In another instance, Katie paid for a passenger's meal and Uber ride to his house after he lost his wallet and couldn’t get a hold of family or friends. Katie has a heart of gold.
