Mohamed Osman has been a member of DFW for some years. He has put up his best as he performs or discharge his duties as a Guest Assistant. On Monday 09/09/2024 in E terminal, there was an accident at the upper level of the ramp and all traffic were all diverted to the lower level. It was a chaos, and passengers and guest were all confused and don’t know where to go. At that moment a lady approached him and requested for his help. She was sweating and turning pale with tears on her eye. She explained with a cracked voice, “I can’t find my Uber”! Making sure he has some Cabs on his stand, he helped the lady with her luggage, and they walked around for few minutes and finally he was able to locate the lady’s Uber. She was overwhelmed with joy and thanked him for his help, promising to send an appreciation to his supervisors. With this type of effort, I think Osman Mohamed deserve to be recognized.
