DFW Ambassador Mark Morgan was volunteering in Terminal B when a traveler brought him a wallet they had found sitting in their gate area. Knowing time was tight, Mark brought the wallet back to the American Airlines gate area and told the gate agent what had happened. The agent looked up the name from the wallet owner’s identification using the airline’s system and found he had just boarded the flight.
The gate agent was able to alert the crew and brought the wallet onboard before the plane departed the gate.
Every day we see stories like this in our terminals, but we’re so thankful to have volunteers like Mark who take the initiative to help any and every traveler we can.
