While conducting her inspections Sandra, one of our CX Supervisors, noticed an old version of the toilet paper dispenser was installed in the Men’s Restroom at C27. She noticed the dispenser was not in line with the rest of the units. Sandra immediately used her resources to find a brand new Tork Toilet Paper Dispenser in another terminal and personally retrieved the unit.
Thereafter, she coordinated with AA Facility Maintenance to ensure the corresponding unit was installed. This is above and beyond her work responsibilities, as she could have just submitted a work order. Thank you for contributing to operational excellence and to budget savings for us and our partners.
