Jojen is a great team player. He never complains when there is shortage of staff and always keeps calm and maintains a professional attitude. There have been days when Jojen will cover more than 2 positions at work for an extended period of time. He stays late to cover staffing due to last minute call ins and has never been seen angry or upset when things are not in control due to system issues.
