A guest left his credit card at a restaurant in the secure side in Terminal D. He had made numerous requests for assistance, but to no avail. As a final resort, he decided to ask one more person, who happened to be Yodit. Yodit retrieved the guest's credit card from the restaurant and returned in a matter of minutes. The guest wrote, ‘Yodit's actions and performance should be what we strive for each day to make a difference in the lives of people we touch.’ He went on to say, ‘I'm respectfully requesting that Yodit gets noticed for going above and beyond her scope of duty when others did not. She is a wonderful example for others to follow.’ Yodit, thank you for providing an extraordinary customer experience.
