Perry's uplifting and bubbly personality is contagious to anyone he encounters. We quickly noticed how customers would stand there and talk to him even after they made their purchase. One day we were shorthanded in our coffee shop and Perry assisted the team by handling the register transactions. He had such a great rapport with the customers, he was asked to remain in the coffee shop as his primary work location. At times, you can hear Perry serenading the customers and they love it.
