This note is to recognize and send thanks to your employee, Ondora Ayieni. My friend Lynn and I were traveling from Roatan, to Austin and finally Dallas. It was a long day of travel and when we finally arrived at the hotel shuttle pickup area, we ended up waiting one and a half hours! Yikes!! It was the evening, but still hot and humid outside. Ondora gave bottles of water to us and two other people waiting. He then reached out to the shuttle people to ensure they were on their way and knew our location. This was appreciated especially after our numerous phone calls. We appreciate his consideration, and I'm thankful the airport has guest service personnel to help travelers.
