Aziz from the Brookstone was incredibly attentive and helpful. After an 11-hour flight, and arriving back to the US from Tokyo, I needed to change out my SIM card in order to have service on my cellphone. Not knowing where I could find the dongle to open my iPhones sim tray, I tried the Brookstone. This is where I encountered Aziz, a most lighthearted man who set me at ease by helping me.
