I am nominating Samantha Romero, the General Manager of Starbucks B28. I have worked here at DFW for a year and half, and under Samantha's guidance, I have watched her location improve in speed of service, customer experience, cleanliness, and employee engagement. It is hard to name a specific interaction that I have found Samantha going above and beyond because I have seen her do this countless times. But in my recent interaction I have seen Samantha creating fun games and giving her team words of encouragement to get everyone motivated for the day.
