I want to nominate Zenebech, also known as "Zee," for her outstanding customer service at DFW for the past five years. Zee started as a full-time associate and was promoted to Assistant Manager in under four years for her exceptional attention to our customers’ needs. One instance that stands out is when a young woman with a newborn came to World News & Gifts and asked if we had any diapers. Unfortunately, we didn't, but Zee was able to use her connections at the airport to locate a nearby store that had them. This level of dedication and resourcefulness is rare in leadership, and I am proud to have Zee as my Assistant Manager.
