Although limited in English, Jeanette doesn't hesitate to help people in need. She typically works in the B1-B12 area and is always helping passengers with toddlers. She goes above and beyond by showing passengers where the family restrooms are, where the next one is at, and if none are available, she will check the women’s restroom to see if there is a large toilet for passengers to have children with as well. Jeanette is very passenger focused.
