Jamie heard a loud screeching cry from a child with her father. When the mother tried to console the child, she screamed even louder. Realizing the child was in crisis, Jamie bolted to get toys and coloring books. She not only gave her the toys, but also sat down on the floor and began playing with the child to calm her down. Coworkers reported that the parents could not stop thanking Jamie for what she had done for them and their child, and it's easy to see why.
