From her volunteer podium in Terminal D, Norma spotted a customer's passport on the floor. She quickly coordinated with American Airlines to find the customer and reunite them with their passport. When she discovered the rightful owner had already moved on to Terminal C, Norma went to Terminal C between shifts to find them. After scouring the terminal, she found the passport's owner, who was on her way to Rome for her 30th wedding anniversary, and very relieved and grateful for Norma's efforts.
