NOTICE:
DFW Transportation Business Unit (TBU) and our ITS partners will be opening an employee lane at the north and south control plazas to assist our business partners through the weather event.
- Plaza entries by badged employees:
- First entry can begin at 5 p.m. on 1/8/25 (Wednesday evening)
- Last entry must occur by 11:59 p.m. on 1/10/25 (Friday evening)
- Plaza exits by badged employees:
- Last exit must occur by 11:59 p.m. on 1/13/25 (Monday evening)
- All employees that park in employee lot parking may utilize this temporary benefit
- These employees may exceed 24 hours in the terminals but must exit by Monday’s deadline
- Employees should avoid parking in Terminal C1 and C2 garages, and Terminal B1 garage (low B gates). All other CTA area parking may be utilized with rooftop parking preferred for garages occupied over 70%. For Live Parking availability, please utilize this link: Live DFW Parking Availability
- Weather event central terminal area parkers should utilize the “Employee Only” plaza lane(s)
- Existing central terminal area parkers should continue to use designated “Toll Tag” lanes
- These parkers will still need to exit and reenter the plaza within a 24hr period to ensure they are not charged
Where can I park?
Employee parking tags authorize employees and partners (airlines, concessions, TSA, etc.) to park in designated employee parking lots. Parking outside these areas (Express, Terminal, etc.) are not included and will incur additional fees per day of parking.
Where can I be picked up / dropped off?
Employees being dropped off or picked up may do so at any of the parking lanes in the employee lots. Please note that a current hangtag is required for access into the lots, including for pickup/drop off. To obtain a parking hangtag, please speak with your employer’s parking authorizer.
How do I get my employee parking tag?
If eligible, your company will issue an employee parking tag to you. Please see your designated company parking authorizer for more details.
Where is the DFW Employee Parking office?
The employee parking office is in Terminal B, near the curbside on the upper level of B26 (enter the terminal at B23, turn right, and the office is down the hall on the right.

IMPORTANT
You are required to hang and visibly display your employee parking tag on your rearview mirror or dashboard. Failure to do so will not permit you to park your vehicle in the employee parking areas. Continued violations may result in tickets and/or fines.

About Your Employee Parking Tag
- Only one employee parking tag will be issued per employee.
- Each employee parking tag is uniquely labeled and is registered to the owner.
- Employee parking tags must always be displayed on your rearview mirror or dashboard when parking.
- If you lose your employee parking tag, contact employee parking at (972) 973-8040 immediately for further instructions.
